It's taken me so long to write this review since the birth of our baby girl last Christmas because, as other parents would attest, life happens and time has a way of getting away from us after the birth of a child. But here I am now with the benefit of critical distance and with time a plenty to set the record straight on the terrible and completely insensitive care my wife and I received from main street obgyn during our unnecessarily traumatic birthing process with them. I want to start this by saying I truly loved Dr Steen and Dr Pinheiro as my doctors for my pregnancy, however due to the amount of issues I had with their front office staff I felt I needed to write this review. I am considered a high risk pregnancy with multiples which required certain scheduling accommodations at their practice. Multiple times they booked me on incorrect days where the room I required was not available.
