The most comfortable and safe OBGYN experience I’ve had as a woman in my early thirties. Staff is friendly, environment is calm and relaxed. Dr. Steen is prompt and attentive, answering any and all questions. Highly recommend and now a patient for life. Thank you, thank you!
It's taken me so long to write this review since the birth of our baby girl last Christmas because, as other parents would attest, life happens and time has a way of getting away from us after the birth of a child. I want to start this by saying I truly loved Dr Steen and Dr Pinheiro as my doctors for my pregnancy, however due to the amount of issues I had with their front office staff I felt I needed to write this review. I am considered a high risk pregnancy with multiples which required certain scheduling accommodations at their practice. Multiple times they booked me on incorrect days where the room I required was not available. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this woman run office for menopause care including but not limited to navigating HRT. Kelly Hood DO is not a good listener, seemed uniformed about the topics relating to menopause we discussed, and was not compassionate. Furthermore, she didn't refill all the prescriptions I desperately needed and had already been prescribed by another local practitioner (I brought all the medication I was currently taking for reference) and she and her colleagues subscribe to the antiquated notion that HRT ... read more
