We will NOT be going back. Worst services ever. Water was filthy so they drained it and didn’t even wipe the bowl. Just refilled and it still had stuff floating in it. The pedi was terrible. I can soak my feet at home for a lot less money. That was what it amounted to. A foot soak in dirty water. They can’t even apply polish evenly. Don’t waste your money.
I very much enjoy going to Main Street Nails. Mimi is a beautiful lady who cares about her clients.
it was so amazing! i loved the atmosphere everyone was very friendly and nice. Mimi was so sweet and she took care of us! definitely will be going back in the future when i need new nails! �
I won't be going back! Had a gift certificate and used part of it in August. Went in today to use the rest and when it came time to pay they said they were under new management and the gift certificate was no good. No expiration date on the certificate and the sign still has the same main street nails. They wouldn't even consider honoring the certificate.
Worst service ever, rushed our services , looked like a child did them. No massage to speak of.Owner argued with us that the paint looked good. All she could say was sorry we so busy. Would not refund money . And over charged us ! Never again and will never recommend them to anyone! If I could would give no stars!
You make a customer bleed you don't make them still pay for your service and then over charge them while adding a tip to the bill already. Horrible service.
The new management is excellent, Mimi is very detail oriented, thorough, and tries to accommodate the customer in every way. This place always has excellent service and provides quality treatment. They're the only place in Longmont I go to!
