Incredibly unprofessional, and should not be in business. The sign on the door says all patients should be wearing masks at all times. When I walked in on Thursday, not a single employee was wearing a mask. The nurse who took my blood was comfortable telling me she puts politics ahead of science ("COVID was a Democratic hoax") then went on to make a racist remark. RecommendedI’m 65 and have diabetes, hypertension and other issues. For 2 years I was with the same PCP in Keller and both my blood pressure and A1c had been a little high for almost a year. At my first visit with Dr. Kremer he added a second prescription for hypertension and gave me a Freestyle Libre to try. That was about 6 weeks ago and my numbers are better! BTW, both Medicare and the VA cover the Freestyle Libre 14–day system.
The new management is horrible. They don't take walk-ins anymore, I've been a patient for 8 years, they charged me $25 for my medical records when I told them I was changing doctors. I am submitting a complaint to the Texas Medical board for that.
I went in as a new patient today and was more than satisfied with my visit. I saw Dr. James as he was recommended to me. His receptionist was extremely nice and respectful. When I went back to my room his nurses treated me like a first class citizen. When I saw Dr. James he did the same. He was very thorough and listened to everything I said. I moved to the State of Texas 9 months ago, and have been extremely happy with my decision of choosing Dr. Zahaluk as my Doctor. He is Superb ... Attentive ... Professional ... Knowledgeable ... Compassionate !
Dr.Z is the best but they are switching owners and they just gave me a bill for $625 without any kind of paperwork or notice. Dr. James is terrible, don't let them scam you. They suck now.
