Had an issue with my central air not draining off the condensation correctly to the outside and instead dumping it on my floor. After another HVAC company tried for two days and failed to figure out the problem Mainstreet Mechanical came out and diagnosed it right away and had it fixed that morning. I reached out to Shiloh at Main Street Mechanical about a heat & air replacement estimate. The guys came out and confirmed what type of unit we would need and sent me the quote within a couple of days. I asked for financing options and Shiloh went above and beyond to get me in contact with someone. It took a couple of days because there wasn’t specific financing for this particular brand of unit we got, but Shiloh kept at finding someone to make sure I was taken care of.
