Any establishment that refuses to allow Service Dogs is NOT a people oriented business! Saying that a person does not look disabled is a real slap in the face. What would they have done if that customer has a diabetic alert dog or a seizure alert dog? CAN YOU SEE THOSE DISABILITIES?????? Legally they only have the right to ask if the dog is trained to perform a task that mitigates a person's disability and what that task is. They broke the law and should be taken to task for it by people NOT frequenting their establishment!
When I saw how they treated several veterans I was disgusted, how can anyone treat these men with such disrespect, men like this should have their hands shaken and not fingers pointed at them cause they have service dogs with them. Can't believe you wouldn't let disabled vets and their highly trained service dogs into your establishment. Really? Are you so uneducated that you don't know what PTSD is or how it affects people, or is it you aren't smart enough to understand PTSD? I would hate to think it was just because you were a disrespectful ass who doesn't appreciate what our service men and women sacrifice for you and our country! Wish I could give less then one star, because thats what this place deserves. I was with 2 good friends of mine with their awsome service dogs and the owner completely disrespected them. It was my first time and definitely will be my last time.
As a military wife who frequents this establishment, I have to say that we have never been disappointed in any way with not only the quality of products that we purchase, but also with the exceptional customer service that goes along with it. Keep up the good work, Main Street! We will continue to support this wonderful small business and encourage others to do so as well.
I've never been here, but after what I heard from a very reputable source on how the owner treated Veterans with their service dogs today 01/30/16 I will make sure I never go there!
I understand that today, Saturday January 30, 2016, you guys felt it was OK to kick out a couple of veterans with service dogs. I will not conduct business with you nor will I ever recommend your business for anything. You are not allowed to do that!!!!!
Hope you have learned a lesson, about the way you treat "Service Animals". One owner has totally wrecked it for everyone...Especially Our Soldiers and their families....They are called a "service Animal" for a reason...You certainly owe an apology, to many.....
