As a new resident of Tupelo, it’s nice when you find quality care with professional service in areas of your health and wellness. MSFD has been great; Dr. Monroe is one of the best! It’s easy to distinguish between a dentist who cares verses a dentist who just needs a paycheck.
Dear main street dentistry...you can write a nasty note threatening collections but you’re not getting a dime. You did a partial root canal and charged for a full. You didn’t give antibiotics or pain medicine. You cost me a day off of work, another two dentist visits, an ER visit and an endodontist appointment. I’ll take you to court before I pay this 90.00 you say I owe. I’m livid.
Going to the dentist has been a source of anxiety for me all my life; and I've lived all over the country. That was until my first visit to Main Street Family Dentistry. They are all so supportive, gentle, attentive, and professional. This is the best customer service in dental care.
My first time getting a tooth pulled and I was really scared and nervous, but they really took really good care of me and also eased my nerves!!! Awesome Dentist and staff!!! Thank you Dr. Hildenbrand and his assistant which I can’t remember her name 😩... I’m sorry. But, I recommend them!!! I’ve only lived in Tupelo for a lil over a year so I had no ideal who to go to, but Main Street Family Dentistry was everyone’s recommendation and I appreciate them for recommending me to them because I now have a new home family doctor!... read more
