Great place. New staff is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this office to all my friends and coworkers.
Worst Experience Ever! I came in for a bridge replacement and it took over a dozen appointments for them to produce a final product. Bridge was constantly inadequate, didn't fit, had defects. Not to mention, Dr. Abdo Adbo (my son calls him Apoo Apoo) tried to cement a bridge that was cracked/chipped. Apparently by his standards, this was acceptable. The final product they produced is still inadequate, meaning, my gums are now getting infected because food is creeping in between the gums and bridge. BBB is next and lawsuit is... read more
They drop the ball on patients! My daughter has her orthodonic work done there, she had a problem with a band breaking and they wouldn't even take the time to fix it. FINALLY made an appt to get the band replaced only to arrive (after taking my daughter out of school) and find that the ortho dept was out for lunch at the time the office set the appt. Oh sure they offer nothing but apologies but apologies don't fix my daughters teeth. Now she will have to wait to have it repaired at her next appt (4 WEEKS AWAY). Unacceptable ... read more
