Main Street Dental is by far the most comfortable and affordable dentist I have ever been to. All of the employees are extremely courteous and informative. I have been a Main Street Dental patient for years. They are the first dental practice I have gone to that I felt no fear, even for an emergency procedure. They have the friendliest, knowledgable staff and explain everything thoroughly. You will only be surprised by their superb level of service. They even know me by name! All dental practices should aspire to be like Main Street Dental.
I actually enjoy going to the dentist!!! Dr. Rump and her staff are so wonderful! They completely put me at ease each time I come in for an appointment. They are very thorough, can answer all of my questions, and always take the most conservative approach to a problem first, which I truly appreciate. I also love that I can watch a TV show overhead while my teeth are being cleaned because it distract me and calms me down! I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants a top-notch dentist with a top-notch staff!
Dr.Rump and her staff are phenomenal.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Usually only sitting in the waiting for 5 minutes which is a rarity these days. Chairs are comfy and I love the atmosphere.
Main Street dental is the spa retreat of all dentists. The office is beautiful and clean. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. If you miss an appointment or need to re-schedule, they are ninjas at contacting you and getting you in quickly. I was unable to chew comfortably on my left side since eating some hard gumdrop candy. The candy had gotten stuck between the teeth, and when flossing, it made a popping sound coming out, causing a worry about a nearby implant. Dr. Rump's staff as always were very thorough in checking/correcting my bite so that I can again eat comfortably on both sides, and made sure that the implant was ok, also.
