I would prefer to only receive one type of notification for an upcoming appointment. I receive text and email. My wife even receives a text for my appointments. I appreciate the efforts to make sure that people do not miss appointments, but I prefer text only. I appreciate that you know I do not want a cookie and not offer, that I do not want the chair massager on and not offer, and that I do not want the tv on and not offer. The little things! I hate going to the dentist but... Main street dental is easily the best experience you can have getting your teeth cleaned. The entire staff is always so friendly and they really make one of my least favorite things in the world, a generally pleasant experience. The chairs have massagers in them. There is a TV hanging from the ceiling to distract yourself. They have the latest equipment and the least invasive x-ray machines.
