The dental procedure went well. However,I have issues with the lack of customer/patient service I received. First, I received a bill from them for my preventive maintenance so I called Cigna and she explained that they took a PA x-ray that was more expensive than the regular PA. Because I had a dental procedure appointment I decided to ask about the bill and what my insurance said. However, when I asked about it the receptionist said that it was for x-rays taken. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they take great care in making sure it’s a comfortable experience. Dr. Rump does an excellent job and is very thorough. I highly recommend!

Best run medical office bar none! In 10 years as a patient, I have always been seen on time, treated like I was the only patient of the day and they even remember my tv preferences while sitting the in the chair. Love the team!!
My experience with Main Street Dental has been incredibly positive. This office offers an array of services and the staff is kind and professional. Scheduling is easy, my appointments haven’t run long and I love getting a cookie on the way out.
