I've gone to the shop on two occasions, once for free advice on my brakes. The second time was to get a basic cruiser or hybrid for my mom. We bypassed the Costco option because Sloan and Jonathan are very personable and have great customer service. Love supporting a place that's locally owned and run where the people enjoy what they do. ;-)

Yesterday was the first time I've come in for service since it changed ownership. I had two tubes with slow leaks that I had been fighting for months. Jonathan was able to replace them both quick enough for me to ride my bike home from work! In addition he fixed two things that my old bike shop didn't and it only cost me $40! I'm so happy to have a bike shop conveniently located in old town that can get stuff done at a reasonable price!
