Paul the owner is very involved to provide the best solutions and options. We needed bikes for my family and we all had different needs. He listened to what we wanted and customized solutions and adjusted the bikes in order to give us exactly what we needed. It was a crazy and fun experience and I am petite and needed a bike that what not too big but had the functionality of my husbands.
