That’s really worse apartment ever! Can’t even live there “normal”
I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The leasing office staff is incredibly kind, and the community itself is wonderful! Recently, I accidentally had a package sent to my old address here. Sandra from the leasing office was so patient and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in reaching out to the current tenants. I truly appreciate her kindness and support. I hope to return to this community in the future!☺️☺️
Scheduled a tour for 12:30 pm on a Saturday. Received email confirmation that my appointment is confirmed. Drove here only to find out that the office is closed and no one is answering calls. What a waste of time.
I recently had the pleasure of helping out at an event at Main Street Cupertino Lofts, located at 19550 Vallco Pkwy, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Although I don’t live here, I got a great sense of the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that the community offers. I have lived in many different apartments in the Bay Area but MSC Lofts is by far the best. The property managers Sandra and Natalie have made our experience here very pleasant and smooth sailing. Whenever we had an issue in our unit, it was addressed promptly. Like within the next business day. Very attentive and the common spaces are always kept so clean. Management really takes good care of the property and their residents!
