I have been a resident for over 7 years here and I would say that management has always been very pleasant. Fast forward to current Carol and Natalie are very helpful team at the office. They often run community events for the residents and are very creative in what to do next. Francisco, Jesus and the entire maintenance team are incredible top notch… super fast and luckily I have had no major issues with my unit besides the regular routine things that need serviced. - HC
We moved into Main Street Cupertino about two weeks ago, and we’ve already fallen in love with the community. The apartment itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and everything feels incredibly clean and thoughtfully cared for. I really love living here!! The place is clean, quiet, the management is always friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to help me with packages and deliveries or any questions I have. The location is a huge plus. Overall it’s been a great place to live. Thank you!!
I just wanted to express my gratitude. I have lived at the lofts for about a year and love the clean, quiet environment. It’s well kept by the maintenance staff: Francisco, Jesus and Yadira. The assistant manager Natalie so kind is always available to help when I need something, and Carol the property manager is always professional and friendly. Keep up the good work everyone, I’m definitely renewing my lease this year!
