I know the two people that left bad reviews recently under the names Jay P. & Liana. They are a couple and my neighbors and are really rude to everyone including the staff. It’s a shame that they write such bad things about everyone (you can see from her other reviews how mean she is) I try to avoid them. But what I want to say is that I love living here, I work nearby so I can walk if I want to. A Heartfelt Thank You for a Wonderful Community Experience! My husband and I attended the recent International Potluck neighborhood gathering, and we were truly delighted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have been a resident here a while now and I am very impressed by the management team Natalie & Carol. They are always available and responsive and are really friendly. I appreciate the maintenance team as well. I always get immediate help when I place a work order. The environment here is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend The Lofts!
Very poor service and communication, Natalie just sitting there and doing nothing, every time I go leasing office , Either she say she didn’t know what to do for the problem, or yelling blame me about everything! She’s kind of like Queen, standing up for people’s head.
We worked with Carol and Natalie. They were responsive, accommodating, and professional. I have called, researched, and drove by over a couple dozen complexes. Not only did this one seem safe and well maintained, Natalie and Carol represented the community well. They were one of the main reasons we circled back to MSCL. Thank you Carol for being responsive and your quick turnaround! We’re looking forward to moving in! The location is ideal with multiple restaurants, snack and treat shops, and urgent care a few steps away.
