The front desk attendant is one of the rudest people I've encountered. Clearly there is no sort of communication in the office. The dentist told me one thing and then when I brought it up to the front desk associate she rolled her eyes because I asked her to go confirm with the Dentist. I should've known my experience would've been awful the moment I went in.
