Waited months to get into the dentist, arrived as scheduled, and was told they tried to call the previous work day to notify of the doctor being unavailable. They said the phone number they had on file was incorrect but they had already sent a text confirmation to my phone. When they offered to reschedule, the appointment was 2 months after my scheduled appointment. I have previously struggled with long waits in their waiting rooms, despite having an appointment. Just drove all they way there for my daughters appointment to be told it was rescheduled for 2 months away! I ask why they didn’t tell us they said wrong number they just texted us to remind us of the appointment! Horrible practice, we waited 2 months for this and we have to wait another 2 months and they lied.

Have been here twice with my son and every time it’s been over an hour wait to be seen even with an appointment. Last appointment was cancelled, I called rescheduled and took time off from work accordingly . I was called the day before and told they needed to schedule other patients before seeing my son and it would be another two months to be seen. I have been bringing my daughter to this office for 4 years and they have been fantastic. The staff is amazing and they have been very good to my daughter. But, that was pre-covid. My daughter makes regular visits because of her braces and now retainers so we have been twice since they reopened. On BOTH occasions I have had to ask the tech taking care of my daughter (in her face) to wear her mask correctly.
