Our girls have been doing here for several years. Until now we have had no issues. However, the office policy for orthodontics is horrible!! We were told at the beginning, if our insurance changed, we would have to pay the difference and get reimbursed by our new insurance. Our insurance NEVER CHANGED yet they will not remove our daughters braces until we pay insurances portion b/c they submitted a 24 mo proposal instead of 18 mos.
