RecommendedIt was my daughters first ever dentist Appt and she was a little scared. The staff was all very friendly and eased her fears by showing her everything before they even started looking at her teeth. She was very at ease after that and did a great job.
Friendly staff, excellent care, and my girls earn a token to put in a toy vending machine at the end of their visit!
The only reason we are staying is that we are locked in for the two year treatment for our daughter's braces. They never keep appointments, seems that every time that we make an appointment, it has to be changed because the doctor won't be in and it is always difficult to reschedule, never want to work with the patient, even though they canceled the appointment. When you do go in, they are always running behind, even if you have the first appointment of the day. Changing to another dentist for our other children.
Went to Main Street originally for an emergency visit. They were so friendly and professional that I will continue driving 45 minutes to keep seeing them! My son had to get a baby root canal and 2 crowns and they were amazing with him. :)�
Prompt, organized, efficient. The kids love going! Had a braces consult for my child and they weren't pushy about orthodontics... He'll need them, but needs time to mature enough to care for them.
I switched from a previous dentist to Main Street. I couldn't be more pleased with them!!! The staff is amazing, caring, patient and just geniune. My daughter needed extensive dental treatment and they made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!!
They were absolutely, positively fantastic. We have 3 small children, 18 months, 3 and 4, and my wife had me take off work to help her take all of them. With previous dentists taking all three was an utter nightmare. We were in and out in 30 minutes with all three kids. The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and efficient. I can't stress how utterly amazing our experience was. We will definitely be returning.
The doctors are the only good thing left of this establishment. The staff here are incredibly rude towards parents and kids alike. Several staff members appear lazy and lack customer service skills. I have seen a major decline since we started coming here 5 years ago.
