Went in to get new tires and was trying to talk to Roy, who was the one working on my car. Was showing disrespect to me while I was trying to talk to him about getting an alinement as well but was showing more attention to another female in the shop instead of the person whose car was being worked on. To me that set my personal feeling to rate my experience low.
