Customer service needs great improvement. As customers asked questions the staff responded sarcastically. Others chose to not make eye contact when customers, speed gratitude. Staff as well spoke in front of their customers negatively. The establishment seemed unprepared to handle lunch time rush hour. The Chai cooler with two shots of espresso, very refreshing. Praying it didn't come with a shot of flem.
The only negative comment about this place is the wait if you get here to late. The reason there is a wait is because the food is consistently great!!!!!

Great food, but the wait staff the last couple of times have been so rude and nasty. My local business loves ordering from them, but today was not so great. we called for takeout and asked for the total, the woman on the phone told us the wrong amount and said "don't forget the tip, that's not included". Well the wrong amount that we were given, had "tip" in it, we later found out....
