Every time I have come here I've always had a positive experience, yummy food and good customer service! Sad you closed early today otherwise I would have stopped in :) such a great resturant for New Paltz to have!
Went with the family from ages 8 to 56. Impressed with the variety of foods offered, the prices and friendly atmosphere. We had won a certificate from a raffle thought we try it out and loved it. Looking forward to going back and trying out some more selections. Possibly making a day of it and exploring New Paltz lots to see. Thanks to the staff for your good service and friendly welcome
Customer service needs great improvement. As customers asked questions the staff responded sarcastically. Others chose to not make eye contact when customers, speed gratitude. Staff as well spoke in front of their customers negatively. The establishment seemed unprepared to handle lunch time rush hour. The Chai cooler with two shots of espresso, very refreshing. Praying it didn't come with a shot of flem.
The only negative comment about this place is the wait if you get here to late. The reason there is a wait is because the food is consistently great!!!!!
