My best friend and I were looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite to eat and stumbled across this place. With a title like "bistro", you expect to pay a lot for small portions and half way decent food. This was not the case at all! It's a small place but I find a lot of places like this have the best food and they didn't disappoint! Food came out in great time and the staff was super friendly�
Always consistent, delicious food. The breakfast items stand out, but don't miss the Guaca Baca burger. Great Eggs Benedict, and the Nomad frittata is my personal favorite.
If your looking for fine dining go someplace else. But if your looking for delicious food this is the place. My girlfriend and I have breakfast here every time we come to New Paltz and have never been disappointed. The only problem is we would love to have a different meal here but I don't have the patience to wait on the line that forms after 9 am.
This place is awesome! The food is always great, and the service is excellent! Can't wait to go back.
