I had a great experience living at Venn at Main. The location is amazing, the residents were very kind, and the staff have always been extremely helpful. I moved out over a year ago, but I recently forgot to update my address for an important delivery. Mark at the front desk went above and beyond to locate the package within the building, which wasn’t an easy task, and he held the item until I was able to pick it up. Venn at Main is definitely an apartment complex worth checking out. Thanks again Mark and the team!
Had a very smooth and professional experience moving in . The leasing team were very helpful in addressing all my questions, sometime even the basic ones, as I am new to USA . Highly recommend .
I’ve had such a great experience since moving in! All of the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming—special shoutout to Mark, who has been so helpful with everything. The amenities here are wonderful and always well maintained, and the common areas are kept very clean. On top of that, the rooftop view is absolutely amazing! My dog is an absolute fan of the treat jar at the front desk!
I would not recommend living here if you value peace and quiet. The building is made of wood from the second floor and up, so you can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. It’s constant and impossible to tune out. On top of that, avoid east-facing units (along Bellevue Way) — there are cars revving at all hours and firetrucks going by every other hour. I had an excellent move-in experience at Venn. Russell was outstanding—he guided me through different floor plans and layouts to help me make the best decision, he gave me a thorough apartment tour, and even helped support the paperwork process to make things easy.
