I had an excellent experience at Main Street Barbershop on South Main in Winchester. Joe Norton, the owner and master barber, did a great job and showed real attention to detail throughout the cut. The conversation was easy and enjoyable, and he made me feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment I walked in.
