Very professional and communicative shop. Pricing is reasonable; and work is timely. Also, it’s hard to find shops that do good confident work on Tesla vehicles. Main Street is way easier than dealing with a Tesla service center.
Main Street Auto did an excellent job of aligning my front tires. Staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that all the paperwork was done electronically. Anything to help our planet
It’s the first time I’ve taken my Tesla to a non-Tesla service station. I was extremely happy with the thoughtful detailed service.
Had a super smooth experience with my Tesla here. Did a same-morning alignment. Office group was great. Got in and out quickly. They send you a link to follow progress. Gave to a report on other work to be done in the future but didn’t push/try to upsell you beyond your initial issue which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back.
