The staff is tremendous and has been the best part... The staff is tremendous and has been the best part of living here. Polite, friendly and always helpful. It is quiet and my neighbors are polite and we are mind our own affairs.
Just moved in not too long ago and my unit was cle... Just moved in not too long ago and my unit was clean upon arrival. I did have an issue with the shower, I reported it in the morning and a few hours later maintenance showed up. So far, I love my unit and haven't had any other issues. The ladies in the office are so kind. I think I will really enjoy my stay here.

I love all the upgrades the community is making. H... I love all the upgrades the community is making. Happy to have seating by the playground and a grilling area! The office staff is very helpful and always gets back to me quickly. The maintenance team completed work orders as soon as they can.

I have lived at Morgan Properties Main Street Apar... I have lived at Morgan Properties Main Street Apartment Homes for four and a half years at this point. I am generally satisfied with the quality of my apartment and amenities; however, I believe there is room for improvement, specifically related to staff professionalism and common area cleanliness.

Home Love it , the location, the neighborhood , the local community, it’s just a great spot to be at. Staff works hard to make sure concerns and needs are met in a timely fashion. Communication is awesome between staff and residents
Prospective Renter - Great Experience The grounds themselves are quite pristine and well kept. The buildings are nicely arranged and the pool and parks have so much space. I toured the main office, which is actually a renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, and it was absolutely spacious and modern. The kitchen is just the size I am looking for and the living room-balcony setup is just right. The area is very quiet yet close to most things a person needs.
