Sally, the property manager, has been very helpful throughout my stay. Location is great but the building needs new elevators and more maintenance in laundry room.

Don’t try to do business with this place! We never even got to the point of renting an apartment. We submitted an application for an apartment for our son who is a graduate student at Northwestern. They charged us an exorbitant $620 for the privilege of submitting an application and the supposed finance checks. Then, over at least 3 weeks, they neither completed the finance checks nor returned our myriad phone calls and emails. I moved here about a month ago, and so far, I’ve had a very positive experience. Sally, who manages the front desk, is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the neighbors have also been very friendly and welcoming. For Northwestern employees, the location is especially convenient for a daily commute. Recently, I had an emergency maintenance issue in my apartment around 1:00 a.m. I reached out to the maintenance team, and Frank responded promptly, arriving within 30 minutes.
