I brought my brand new work van to them to have them install a stereo with gps. They charged me over 500.00 to install a stereo I supplied ( also new). I saw the installer " remy" kneeling on the hood to install the satellite radio antenna. He dented the hood and then said it was dented already. ( van was brand new) They messed up the wiring so my seatbelt / directional chime no longer works. I got a deck some subs and amp from Main Street and they hooked my System up they did a really good job and my car knocks���
Big thanks to these guys for fixing my back up camera last minute before I left for my event
I dropped off my car for service and upon picking it up discovered my car had been hit while it was in their possession. They refused to take responsibility or the correct the situation. They have cameras at their shop and would not check them to see what happened. I asked for their insurance information and they refused to give it to me. They were totally uncooperative and refused to help. I had been going to them for years so it's a real shame after all that they still wouldn't help me.
