Staff do their best but the Property Management Company constantly sending inaccurate (on purpose) rent adjustment letters that do not reflect what is actually owed by tenants hoping the many seniors in these buildings do not catch the errors and just pay which apparently they do since it never stops except for the few tenants who catch these and demand changes.
