The absolute WORST customer service, property management, and leasing office EVER. Our building was originally owned by another company when we moved in, and ever since Main Place took the building over they have been rude and have refused to fix any maintenance request we’ve had (and there’s been many: rodents & pests, broken doors, broken washing machines, broken front doors, theft, etc.) I’ve never been so appalled by a property management company in my life.
