RecommendedI had my surgery there and they were amazing!
Brought my 70 year old Mother to the ER last night with a prolapse and severe pain. Waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. When she finally got back to a room, the dr came in, did a 2 second “exam”, said she needed to see a gynecologist and discharged her. She was never given anything for her terrible pain, and I examined the dirty room better than he “examined” her. This is the first time I’ve witnessed such “care” here before and will definitely go to a different ER the next time any of my family has an emergency.
Very rude staff in the Er.
Their staff is top notch !
Staff used 25 yr old record, did no updating of any information, including my name, asked no questions regarding medications or other issues. I was released with prescriptions with the wrong name on them and one I could not use due to possible interaction with another medication I took regularly. Seems no one really cared. On the positive I was in and out in about 3 hrs.
During my surgery and after my surgery I was given nothing but top notch care. Even though at times I could be difficult they were there with a smile. Thank you so much. Thank you for listening to me. I wish y'all all the best and gratitude and much Love. Thank You, Steven L Sanders
