RecommendedGreat experience. COVID was never an issue there.
My husband is on the second floor at endoscopy. And if everything is supposed to be sanitized. Why is there a drink stain on the table in the waiting room. Have the seats not been sanitized from the day before. He's only the 2nd patient to come in. So you can't it was from earlier. We got here at 6:30am. He has no immune system. And this worries me.
It is terrible that only one visitor is allowed for the entire time the patient is in the hospital. How does the hospital expect family members to support their lives one in the hospital if they can’t even see them? I completely understand COVID-19 concerns and I would even understand one visitor per day, but the same person for the entire hospital stay is ridiculous and is causing more stress on already stressed out families.

I have had nothing but great there. The nurses and doctors are really good ! If you have to stay food is not that bad. Coffee is really good!
the maternity/family care and NICU is absolutely amazing. they took the best care of me and my baby that's still there. the staff is beyond amazing.
My son in-law was brought in by ambulance in terrible pain and between ER and being put in a regular room or possibly from his room, his wallet and watch was stolen! He had it in the ER because he provided them with Id and ins info. This had to be done by a employee because nobody else is allowed in! His cards were used by whoever stole it, over 300$ worth! Watch your belonging! Pretty sad when you have employees who steal from very sick people!!
slow at all they do. bed side manners are awful. dad's there now and his room is nasty and nurses argue bout who is gone do what.

In the birth certificate department is an incompetent woman who apparently refuses to answer the phone number that she gave me to call her if I needed assistance with my paternity acknowledgment form. I literally only need the state file number and I’ve been calling for almost a week with no answer. I’m upset about this because she could have just written this information down before I left the hospital in the first place, especially now that I can’t get a hold of her
