I am a very nervous dental patient and I had pain that I wanted to get checked out since I hadn't been to the dentist in years. They saw me the very next day and even though there were no serious tooth problems put me at ease and also scheduled a prompt cleaning appointment. Because of my anxiety they did work that they normally do in two appointments all at once, working diligently with me for almost 2 hours. A really great experience for someone with a phobia of dentists or dental work.
I am a nervous patient and Shannon put me at ease and was both professional and reassuring. She is the best. I recommend her unequivocally. Dr Hallam is my dentist and Shannon the hygienist. It's a dream team!
After receiving years of excellent care from Dr. Williams, I moved to Lancaster and had to get a new dentist. However, I had a problem with an implant and a crown that my Lancaster dentist was not able to fix. I called Dr. Williams who saw me promptly and corrected a very complex problem in a short time. He saved my crown! Thank you Dr. Williams.
Dr. Williams has an excellent "bedside manner" which makes it a pleasure to be there.

I have one of the more challenging dental situations. Dr Craig Williams and his team (emphasis on team) have the leading edge skills I need to get the best result. Dr Williams is a perfectionist and will not settle for anything less than the best result. I do not say that lightly. I know of nobody in this World who looks forward to a visit with their dentist. BUT a visit to Main Line Dental Group more than offsets this dreaded feeling - a warm welcome followed up by a staff of caring individuals who care about your teeth and you, makes the visit a much more pleasant experience. They are truly on top of their profession in all aspects!
Dr. Williams has been my dentist for more than a decade. He is the most skillful, professional, kind and concerned dentist that I have ever had. You will also not find a better hygenist than Maryann. I highly recommend Main Line Dental Group.
