As a new patient with MLD, I'm extremely impressed. I switched dentists after 10 years for insurance reasons, and was tentative about starting over. I'm glad I did. MLD is excellent across the board. The front desk administrator was outstanding and already had my insurance and X-rays and made it very easy to get started. All the forms and processing went smoothly and quickly. I have been a patient at Mainline Dental Group before it existed with Dr. R. Craig Williams. He is an excellent dentist who has taken care of my dental health for 35yrs. I have had extensive work done to my mouth over the years which includes many root canals, cappings and a partial bridge. Dr. Williams has an excellent team of dental technician, hygienists, etc.
Dr Williams, Suzie and the rest of the staff are always doing everything they can to make my dental experience great.
I'm so happy I began coming here. The entire staff is so kind and caring, they make time to answer your questions and make u feel at ease. They have made this the most positive experience for me, I am very grateful to Mainline Dental Group, Dr Hallam and the wonderful ladies there.

I love this dental practice. State-of-the-art equipment, experienced and quality staffing, seamless process from check-in to payment. Love my hygienist Shannon who is so kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. The docs are great too explaing treatment in detail. The administrators really strive to work within your budget.

A friend recommended Dr. Alex to me when we moved to the area. My family has been going to her now for 2 years. She is very thorough when examining my mouth. I never feel rushed or feel that she is rushed to move on to another patient. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The office is welcoming.
