First experience was good. Went back for a horrible cough. Was told by the doctor that if what they prescribed was not authorized by insurance to call back to the office with the name of one that is authorized. After speaking with my insurance, they said the doctor’s office never submitted a pre authorization. So, I called back to the office like the doctor said to do. Today was my first time at this location. I chose this specific location because of its convenience. The lady Christine at the front desk was very rude and did not want to assist me. There was no Goodmorning or welcoming tone. She acted like my insurance was invalid and tried to reschedule my appointment. She had me call my insurance for 20 minutes to give them invalid information. Then even a nerve to get loud with me because I didn’t understand what she was talking bout. Great office staff, very helpful and they advocate for the patient. It is evident they take pride in their jobs and really care about those they serve - with a personal touch. While I've had three different doctors at this location over the years, the doctors are attentive and patient. Comfortable waiting room with TV. 5/5 would recommend.
