The unit secretary, nurse and physician were all very kind, attentive, and professional. They provided excellent care.
I was seen right away by a doctor. No waiting time!
I had a very strange experience a few days ago. I had cut my finger while cooking breakfast, and spent five hours trying to stop it from bleeding, including using Steri-strips, to no avail. I went to this facility's website, and did the online "check-in", where you can submit your information and let them know you are on your way. A few minutes later, a got a call from someone there who told me that "due to the location of the laceration, you should go to the ER, there might be nerve damage". The staff was cordial and efficient. The doctor was wonderful and within a few days my condition totally improved. They all get 4 stars
When my PCP was unable to see me, I went to MLH. Urgent Care where my wait was reasonable in a comfortable, clean, well-lit area. The tech who did my preliminary work up was professional, pleasant and helpful. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who also was professional and pleasant. She assessed my condition and ordered a prescription from my pharmacy. This was my third healthcare encounter with care from MLH Urgent Care.
