Overall the experience was great especially being able to get in line before we got there. The provider asked if we would like a Covid test for our daughter we said no and he still went ahead and did it. I just hope we don’t get charged for that.
It was easy to get a Dr to tend to my needs.
Quick check in and very friendly. Not a long wait at all. Everyone was great!
The nurse and general staff were fantastic, kind, efficient, and focused on me and my needs. The NP I saw was rude, curt, and unhelpful. She assumed I had COVID (literally no symptoms and I tested negative and she still assumed I had it), even though I came in with UTI symptoms, and she did not ask me questions about why I came in or how I was feeling. When the COVID and flu tests came back negative (still unclear why they even administered these) she told me I could leave and should just take another COVID test in a few day... read more
