I had my first float session a few days ago. It was not the greatest experience. I am aware that the first time floating can be somewhat uncomfortable but it wasn’t just that I was uncomfortable and unfamiliar with floating but the customer service was terrible. The guy that was at the front desk was not welcoming at all. It made feel afraid to ask questions. He didn’t ask my name or anything. I walked in and he was like your scheduled for room two. First time floater...absolutely incredible!!!!!
The float was a very peaceful experience. Staff was very friendly in explaining everything. Will be going back.
