This was my first time Floating and I will definitely be back. The facility is simple, clean and well equipped. Eric was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great experience
I had my first float session a few days ago. It was not the greatest experience. I am aware that the first time floating can be somewhat uncomfortable but it wasn’t just that I was uncomfortable and unfamiliar with floating but the customer service was terrible. The guy that was at the front desk was not welcoming at all. It made feel afraid to ask questions. He didn’t ask my name or anything. I walked in and he was like your scheduled for room two.
