This is a very reliable company. I ordered clips for a 10" drain cover and clips for that size drain are inherently less stable than those for 8" drains. But the company stood behind it's product and remained in contact with me until my particular issues were solved. I have a lot of respect for the entrepreneurial spirit of small companies like this.
