Horrible product, terrible customer service. We have a wood entry door from this company. The past three summers our door has swelled shut to the point where my kids cannot open it. The company indicates this is within expected range of what their product might do and refuses to help remedy the situation. Do NOT purchase from this company!

I had made a phone call Main Door to request color stain for the door I bought in this store. The customer representative Alba that pointed out to be the manager of the store was very unhelpful. when I asked her to see, if there is any way that I can buy a touch up water base stain cherry color that match up the door that I bought from Maindoor.
