Main Course catered our school's annual auction and the food was amazing! There was more than enough of every course to feed everyone and plenty for seconds and thirds. The staff was very professional and the attention to detail was excellent. I am still hearing about the potatoes!
Main Course California catered an event in Montecito and the food was exceptional. Chicken perfectly moist with a layer of fig plus olives created a sweet & savory flavor. The entire menu was delicious from start to finish.
Had a buffet dinner from Main Course at an event with several hundred people. Was amazed by the quality and flavor. The icing on the cake was steaks that were perfectly medium rare yet still nice and warm. An amazing feat for a buffet!
Had a buffet provided by Main Course at a fundraiser and it was amazing. Cooking steak perfectly done for 100+ people is not easy but it was truly a special banquet.
Thank you for such wonderful food at the fundraiser we attended this weekend. Everything was great starting from the appetizers and on. The fig and olive tapenade chicken was awesome! If anyone is looking for a caterer, I highly recommend Main Course!!
