I recently moved here from out of state for a job assignment. I looked online at a few places, but this was the only leasing staff that made me feel comfortable with signing a lease on a tight timeline from a state away. They were super accommodating (and still are) and checked in on me frequently during the leasing process. The wife and I went by to tour this AMAZING building the other day and we were BLOWN AWAY!!! If you want to live downtown or in NULU this is the place!! The bar for luxury living in Louisville has been raised!!!
