We used to love living at Main & Clay, but can’t say the same is true anymore. New management brought many negative changes. The building no longer has a friendly, happy vibe. I see the building manager weekly and never have ever gotten as much as a smile out of her. The building is not well kept like it used to be. The trash is always overflowing, common areas are dirty, the elevator floors & parking garage pavement are disgusting with dogs pee , etc. I had much higher expectations upon signing the lease and paying so much ... read more
I really like living here, 11 months now, Feb it will be a year. Hate to move again when my lease is up. My only concern is the prices these are renting for these days. Way lower than what we are paying. That’s if the prices that are showing are accurate. If so I’m paying almost $200 more than a person moving in today in the same unit! Plus one month free rent. Main and Clay is more than a place to live, it is a community that enjoys being together. My husband and I really enjoy the monthly happy hours and social events. Our furry four-legged friend enjoys play dates at the pet spa.
Highly recommend living here! Having moved from out of state, Danni was super helpful in helping me get all my questions answered and the move-in process went so smoothly. They worked with me every step of the way. Upon moving in, the staff here and residents have been so amazing and kind. It is such a delightful place to live. Thank you Main and Clay!!
Great place for young people to live, especially if you are new to the area. Awesome community atmosphere and plenty of events to get to know people. Top of the line amenities including a massive parking garage (no assigned parking and no additional parking fee), great gym, and common area with a pool, grills, and areas to hang out.
The AHI Corporate Housing team guests love this property whether they are there for a month or a year. Great staff, amenities and location.
It’s a really wonderful place. They even have a gift wrapping room. If you like wrapping gifts. I love wrapping gifts. How in the world does a place have a gift wrapping room. Lol like it was meant for me. Maybe some day. ✌🏼💡💗❄️
