They retreat you almost like family there. They actually care about your situation. Dr.Main is the best surgeon I've ever had. And I've had multiple.
I wished you didn’t touch me, you changed my life completely. Im literally dying , I can’t get no help. They dismissed me and canceled my appointment!! What did you all did to me!!??? I’m literally suffering every single day , my life is over , completely over !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m literally on the ground crying because of this doctor. I was young n healthy, what am I now? First off, he’s a great Doctor and tells you how it is which I like. Now to the story... Had a foot injury on the job. Work comp made me go to Urgent care. Urgent care took X-rays and said my foot was fine. Urgent care Put me in a ankle brace even tho my pain was on the side in the center I told them it wasn’t getting better after multiple check ups so they sent me to PT. I felt very rushed through during my office appointment, he spent less than 5 min with me and then there was confusion on what injection to do when I arrived for my next appointment. Entire office does not wear masks even when in contact with patients. This is very concerning that they are not following CDC guidelines, especially considering the increase in COVID numbers in our area. Dr. Main was able to take care of my son when Childrens Mercy was going to make him wait for over a week to have a broken limb looked at. He was personable and interacted well with my son prior to surgery and explained the procedure thoroughly to me prior to beginning. His staff was excellent and obviously well trained. We will request to be treated by his office if future occurrences arise.
