Call manytimes to purchase a tent . Never got a Quote nor email or even a call back . Turns out they ignore my calls eventually when am trying to do business !!! Would not recommend .poor customer service . Never recommend to anyone who wish to purchase any custom made tent or any products .
I called them FIVE times for a quotation on tents! Each time I was told the quotation would be sent to my email. I still haven't received anything and they have stopped answering my calls. Terrible business practice and will not recommend using their services.
Asked for a quote, had good discussion with them; arranged for payment, and since then, total silence. No response to calls, nothing. Boo. I wasted two weeks waiting on what I thought was an order in process.
