I had a disappointing experience at the Mailman Center for Child Development. While the medical care may be excellent, my interaction with the receptionist, Sthefany, was very unpleasant. She was rude, dismissive, and lacked the professionalism and courtesy that patients and families deserve. Very disappointed with my experience at Mailman Center for Child Development. 11 days and no reply to a portal queries. I submitted a request through their "myuhealthchart" portal on April 16 for important documentation related to my child. The portal states someone will respond within 48 hours, but it is now April 27 and no one has followed up. I also logged in again on April 22 and April 23 asking for someone to please look into it, yet there was still no response or sense of urgency. This documentation is urgently needed ... read more
