This was my first totally pain-free filling. My experience was so positive I feel guilty about it. God forgive me.
Excellent. This was my first vist to the office. I was in the office within three days of initially making my appointment. Staff greeted me warmly and offered a tour of the office. Dr. Mailloux and the staff couldn't be more professional or friendly. You can 'feel' the enthusiasm they all have about their work and that they genuinely WANT to be there. I felt very comfortable.
I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I gave a card to my mother-in-law and recommend anyone else to come here. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The customer service was outstanding. The doctor was terrific. Overall 5 stars!
Painless and fast and staff friendly
Everyone is friendly and helpful. The office is newly decorated and has the latest equipment. Dr. Mailloux recently repaired my broken tooth and did a great job explaining my options relative to expense and outcome. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
Additional dental work was done, taking more time than expected. This was not scheduled but saved me time by not requiring another appointment.
Minimal waiting. Appointments are on time. Staff is very helpful in helping me relax. Very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing.
I was hesitant to write a review because I was so pleased with Dr. Mailloux and the dental hygienist Winona. I know that sounds funny but my theory was that I may not look credible. After all...who really likes to have up to twenty fingers in their mouth? With that being said...I would highly recommend, for professionalism and pleasantries to set an appointment with their lovely staff.
