Had an annual check up. As usual, the staff are great, professional, and friendly. Appointment was on time, and went smoothly. Love the up to date equipment and processes. Cutting edge dental care!
I went in today for a six month check-up. A check-up normally is a routine visit, but it was a fun day, as I interacted with the staff. It isn't always all business at Dr. Mailloux's office. I enjoy catching up with the hygienist and with the Dr. The rest of the office is helpful answering routine questions. Taking the stress out of visiting their office is what makes it enjoyable.
Excellent as usual. Staff is very good at sending reminders in the mail as well as texts. Dental hygienists are very thorough and careful. Dr. Maillous is excellent. A good exam always. Clean environment, organized. Dr. Maillous takes care of her staff as well as her patients.
As always Winona, the dental hygienist, as well as Dr. Mailloux and the front desk staff gave courteous and professional service.
Staff is low key and appear to enjoy their work. DDS is very personable & informative.
