Just had the worst experience with Mailin Celestine that I’ve ever had with a practitioner. Initial visit with Mailin was 3 months ago. She ordered bloodwork, various referrals to doctors, etc. It’s been a busy 3 months medically. She told me at our initial visit that we would discuss a sleep study and a follow up at our next visit which they called a physical. The worst medical provider I've ever encountered. It's no surprise she had openings for new patients when we moved. Her bedside manner is terrible - she dismissed my concerns, questioned everything I said, and made me feel completely unheard. When I pushed back she became defensive and even raised her voice at me. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate or professional provider. She was my PCP for 1.5 years and I saw her multiple times during that timeframe including 2 annual exams. I’m not happy with the experience at this clinic or with the nurse practitioner Malin Celestine. Last year I had blood work done and they kept saying they never received it. After multiple calls, they finally said they got it. The Nurse wanted to go over the blood work so when I made the appointment to go in, she asked me what I was there for. This year, same situation trying to get them my blood work and also needed to do a physical, but the Office did not schedule me for a physical so she went over my blood work. Was very ... read more
Ms Celestine is the rudest person I have ever met. She walked in and started barking orders at me. I feel as if she did not hear a word I said and she also acted as if she were better than I. Please be aware of this if you before you think about seeing her. I wish there was a way to rate her a negative star! The staff is amazing BTW. They listen to your concerns. Thank You, Lori Junkin
