My wife went here with her mother and our daughter; I'm the one writing the review because I am the better writer. As I am finishing typing this, I am still hearing new complaints about the discomfort of the experience that I'm not going to bother including. Their experience was as follows. When we showed up at the salon for our 9:30 appointment no one was there, door was locked, had to call multiple times before anyone answered. We’re here visiting from CO and went to Rachel’s for my 9 year olds first gel mani experience. 20/10 recommend. They were phenomenal. They took their time on both of us, gently removed my two month old polygel and gave us both beautiful nails to go back home with. Everyone in there was friendly, kind and welcoming. This will be our new salon when we’re in town.
I would like to say this is the best salon hands down. Super delicate. I felt really pampered and Blessed. Lashes and nails tech are a PLUS. Very nice people. They are very attentive.
