I dropped off a DHL package here. Transaction was really smooth and the staff were kind and accommodating. Fair warning though, I was told they could not provide me any sort of confirmation document for the drop off because only DHL was allowed to scan my shipment documents. USPS or UPS are just better
Owner does not take responsibility for his shop or employees. These guys are nothing but an intermediary for UPS. Do yourself a favor and just go to UPS directly.
