RecommendedCindy and her husband were incredibly accommodating when trying to mail a very large painting that had sentimental value to me across the country from MO to CO. They had to customize a box and packaging to fit this 5 foot tall painting and deal with my limited knowledge of the print as well as do it all remotely. Went in needing help shipping an international package. Steve and Cindy provided unmatched customer service and made a very unpleasant task rather enjoyable. They even stayed after hours to make sure my items got shipped. This business is the definition of an All-American Mom and Pop!
I love this place. Steve and Cindy are wonderful. I have my P.O. Box here and I get all my copies done here also. They are so helpful and a friendly place. They do much more if you need a passport for the future or something shipped they are you go to people. Check them out and see what all they have to offer you will not be disappointed. I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service at Mailbox Too! I recently stayed at the Angler’s Lodge in Springfield. Unfortunately I left some of my clothes in the room. Today I received a call from Mailbox Too asking how I wanted my items to be shipped back. Cindy was so professional and friendly. She went over and above to make sure I knew all my options. She even took precautions not to repeat my credit card number out loud. Only in the Midwest can you find such great caring customer service. Kudos to Mailbox Too!
