Friendly folks but expensive. UPS has several stores nearby which are significantly cheaper if you want to send boxes. I sold a guitar on Ebay a few years ago and after getting the info from me the lady said it'd cost $30.00 to ship it - but it ended up being over $60.00. There went any profit. Another time I returned a defective item. The old guy didn't put a Z track number into the system - subsequently the seller claimed he never got it back. That ended up costing me around $50.00.
